Job Title: Associate Team Lead, Video

Your Mission
The Art Services Associate Team Lead – Video oversees and provides support to a team of creatives that is producing video assets to all engaged departments: Marketing, PR, PMG, development studios, and other applicable internal partners, to produce high-quality in-house video assets. Typical end use for assets will include trailers, social assets, event videos, b-roll, sizzle reels, and attract loops, for internal and external use.

Video Production/Editing
  • Serve as lead on designated in-house video production projects, including trailers, social assets, and other supporting video projects
  • Oversee a team that is responsible for multiple projects, managing timelines, and communicating with engaged parties (customers) to ensure that their content guidelines and deadlines are met
  • Provide guidance to team members assisting with video capture, editing, GFX, and pre/post production
  • Develop creative briefs and outlines for clients, including where necessary, presentations with internal and external teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and manage relationships with other teams

Digital Asset Management
  • Serve as adviser for digital asset management for video projects. Includes ensuring all archiving and organizing SOPs are followed both on local machines and on company servers
  • Advise and assist where needed with all versioning of assets for final distribution
  • Understand the distribution of assets and provide guidance on best ways to deliver them to internal and external parties, both domestic and international through the account team

  • Assist with video capture and other department tasks, as needed
  • Continually assess current business practices to increase quality and efficiency
  • Provide recommendations to studio teams on debug tools to include in game builds in order to improve our processes for getting high-quality video capture
  • Maintain video hardware and software to optimal settings and ensure availability of equipment necessary to meet department work load

Player Profile
  • 4-5 years of experience in video production and editing
  • Must be even-tempered and able to interact well, under pressure, with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Individual must be extremely detail oriented, accurate, and must work well independently and with a team
  • Candidate must be able to successfully prioritize multiple projects 
  • Individual must be able to apply knowledge and experience to real situations to help solve problems
  • Game industry experience required
  • Advanced working knowledge of Premier Pro and all of its components
  • Ability to capture, edit, and export footage from a variety of standard and high definition sources, as well as from hand-held gaming devices
  • Ability to deliver quality and creativity (with and without direction) within the context of a variety of game genres.
  • Intermediate knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, color correction, live camera video production, is preferred
