This is a Full-time temporary position.  The position my require overtime, however overtime is not guaranteed.  The length of the recruiting cycle will be dependent on the development cycle of our titles.  


Your Mission

Activision Publishing is seeking a full life-cycle temporary Recruiter to support the Quality Assurance team located in Eden Prairie, MN recruiting within the Activision Blizzard umbrella.  You will partner with some of the industry's premier gaming and business leaders. I


Player Role:

Facilitate effective and close communication between Recruiters and candidates at all times.

Assist in candidate communications through e-mail correspondence/phone calls and handling of candidates during on-site interviews.

Providing administrative support to Recruiters, including offer letter & new hire packet generation, and new hire onboarding.

Overall support for career fairs or other recruitment related special events.

Other assigned duties and special projects as needed. 

Support recruitment strategy/efforts to assigned clients by anticipating, understanding and meeting clients’ needs; and developing/delivering creative, efficient and effective sourcing and recruitment campaigns, Provide creative methods of building prospect pools 

Use combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire quality candidates 

Act as advocate for both clients and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and be diligent with follow through

Extend offers, close candidates, and document results to further improve candidate close rate


Player Profile

A minimum of 2 years of proven client-side recruiting experience in a large public corporation

Proven success with high volume recruitment and delivering superior customer service

Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships and strong candidate pools

Knowledge of Taleo (Applicant Tracking System) and Workday HRMS 

Works effectively with all levels of management - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity

Strong organizational/project management skills - Excellent written/oral skills - Strong computer proficiency Required Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

Preferred Qualifications:

Entertainment or Video Game Exp Preferred

Previous Human Resources and/or administrative/coordinator role in Recruiting

Knowledge of Taleo ATS and Workday HRMS


Your Platform 

Recruiting QA Testers to be part of the Quality Assurance team. You will work under the supervision of the HR Business Partner and QA management team, they are responsible for interviewing, training and onboarding testers.  Testers will be testing and generating bug reports for pre-release video games as well as verifying functionality, data content, performance, 1st Party Compliance, usability/playability, and hardware/software compatibility. This is a Temporary Full-Time position based in our office in Eden Prairie.
