Infinity Ward is seeking a talented Rigger to join us on a temporary basis, preferably with experience in game development and an interest in working with next-generation technologies.  The technical animator will be responsible for creating rigs for the animation team, skinning characters, and exporting rigged assets into the game engine.  Cooperating closely with the modeling teams, the Rigger will work to improve existing pipelines and develop new tools to expedite the skinning and rig creation process.


Qualifications:


  • Experience developing rigs for Max, Maya, and/or motion Builder
  • Experience with Realistic Skinning of Characters
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills


Desirable:


  • Knowledge of scripting for Maya
  • Experience on console game development


Demo Reel Requirements:


  • Demonstrates tools and a concise and practical character rig
  • Show in-game or movie footage of that rig in action
  • Character modeling experience, a big plus
