Job Title: Associate, Executive Recruiting
Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiting
Department: Talent Acquisition
Location: Santa Monica, CA

Your Mission

As a Researcher at Activision, you will be responsible for supporting our Director of Executive Recruiting with search administration, organization, support, and communication to candidates regarding Director level and above roles, in addition to ad hoc administrative/coordination tasks.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates
  • Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database
  • Attending, organizing and working recruiting events both on and off site
  • Maintain an organized list of data and contacts

Player Profile

  • Extensive research experience, including creative approaches to data gathering and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability in screening for highly creative positions and identifying strengths and areas of development
  • Ability to conduct lead and executive level hires with tact and tenacity
  • An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates
  • Results-oriented mindset, not scared by stretch goals
  • Must be highly articulate
  • Team player, highly collaborative, partnering with the Recruiting Coordinator to provide a positive and seamless client and candidate experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Client interaction, including working with Hiring Managers and HR partners, taking new requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pipeline progress

  • Proven experience designing and implementing new processes; a passion for process and achieving efficiencies
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
  • Anticipate needs of employers to stay one step ahead of the game and provide the best support possible
  • Team player mentality with high degree of comfort being interchangeable with other members of the team, regardless of title or role
  • Perform proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR/Recruitment
  • Knowledge of Taleo ATS
  • Passion for video games
