Your Mission

We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter that will lead and execute a recruiting and employee integration strategy for Activision Publishing across our studios. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will provide strategic leadership to your team of recruiters responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for employees. This innovative visionary will design and implement a world-class recruitment strategy that will not just deliver, but over-deliver on a pipeline of future leaders at Activision. The candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and a fearless change-agent. S/he will have excellent relationship-building skills and a strong sense of accountability/urgency. This flexible team player will partner with the leaders of diverse business units and be responsive to the changing needs of the gaming industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record in recruitment management and is committed to building a team that understands that our success comes from our people producing greatness.

Building and Leading Teams
  • This person will have a proven ability to hire and manage strong teams and to provide appropriate leadership, structure, coaching, training and development.  S/he will have a track record of providing business solutions and motivation to a team in order to generate the best performance.

Results Oriented and Hands-On
  • S/he has a deep desire for success - always keeps her/his eye on results and stays close to tactics.  S/he leads by example and has a strong sense of urgency.  S/he is able to direct her/his colleagues and team to set priorities and effectively execute.

Player Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of strong recruiting and recruitment management
  • Must have deep experience with full life cycle recruiting including demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, cold calling and sourcing
  • Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment through demonstrated, proven leadership
  • Strong problem solving by proactively driving results and being solution oriented
  • Ability to continuously drive for process improvement coupled with excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, provide strong customer service skills, work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders/partners
  • Proven organization skills ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
  • Strong computer skills - MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook a plus); as well as mainstream ATSs
  • Experience of working in gaming and knowledge of game development cycle highly desirable
