Job Title: HR Project Coordinator
Reporting To: Vice President, Global Benefits
Department: Human Resources
Location: Santa Monica, CA


Your Mission
*this is a 10 week temporary role*

Support Talent Consultant in an enterprise-wide employee engagement and culture project, including:
  • Researching and collecting information on cultural practices from across our business units and in the marketplace to highlight key differences.
  • Assisting in the creative development of written and visual materials to communicate our company programs and processes.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across business units
  • Work closely with our cross-functional project team, and facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and launch project communications as needed
  • Support management of project plans and expenses to ensure that deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Identify project risks/issues and problem-solve to provide solutions for the team

Player Profile

  • Basic project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong Excel worksheet skills; including formulas and data manipulation
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity and thinking “outside the box”
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools:  Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Prior work experience in HR, consulting, and/or project management a plus
  • Prior experience working with online surveys
