Job Title: IT Audit Manager
Reporting To: Senior Director, Corporate Internal Audit, SOX & Global IT Audit
Department: Internal Audit
Location: Santa Monica, CA


Your Mission

The IT Audit Manager role will oversee IT General Controls (SOX testing) and ensure successful completion of IT & Security assigned audit engagements. Specifically:
  • Manage IT audit projects utilizing internal staff and co-sourcing partners
  • Oversee IT General Controls (SOX) testing
  • Identify IT risks and process improvement opportunities
  • Provide technical and quality oversight regarding IT risks and controls and technologies
  • Participate in finance/business process audits as part of integrated projects
  • Develop close and independent working relationships with IT and other business area management as necessary
  • Develop reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Monitor process and policy changes throughout an organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Player Profile
  • You are a highly technical auditor with natural technology curiosity.
  • 6+ years of IT audit experience with a Big 4 accounting/consulting environment and/or experience conducting IT Audits in a multi-national company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field. 
  • Industry recognized certification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
  • Advanced technical understanding of IT processes - including applications and infrastructure, security and vulnerability assessments, change control, asset management, disaster recovery, data privacy, and IT risk assessment
  • Excellent understanding of concepts related to information systems audit, information security, general IT controls, application controls and technology risks
  • Knowledge of external leading risk and controls frameworks such as COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology), NIST and ISO27000
  • Ability to develop, design, and execute IT audit plans and programs using a risk-based approach
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database and Oracle R12
  • Good project management and organization skills; ability to multitask
  • Excellent ability to develop and write meaningful reports and presentations
  • Motivated entrepreneur who works well individually and in teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20% of the time at a minimum)
