Your Mission
  • Work on problems such as procedural geometry, shader optimization, stereoscopic 3-D rendering, Catmull-Clark subdivision surfaces, and GPU microcode optimization 
  • Gain experience working in the forefront of the gaming industry where the environment and work is dynamic 
  • Collaborate with some of the best engineers in the industry 
  • Utilize analytical thinking to balance design and operational excellence against new feature development 
  • Expand your skills and learn new technology  
  • Spend a summer in Portland, Maine  
Player Profile  
  • Working knowledge of C++ 
  • Experience with at least one game-related domain (graphics, networking, embedded systems) 
  • Multi-threading, optimization, and/or artificial intelligence algorithms are a plus 
  • Practical facility in a language such as Perl or Python 
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors, masters, or PhD program (Computer Science focus preferred) 
  • Available for a 12-week internship 
  • Ability to demonstrate superior programming and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and reliability
