Your Mission
  • Manage the NYC office for ABM, inclusive of agency pods dedicated to servicing the largest holding companies.
  • Cultivate and build relationships with brands and their strategic investment partners at agency holding companies.
  • Ensure mutual success between Activision Blizzard Media and our partners, while maximizing the potential from the relationship.
  • Manage business and technical escalations and continually communicate requirements to all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Establish and follow a stringent account strategy to achieve long-term partnership goals for your team.
  • Create a winning and fun culture in our NYC office.

Player Profile
  • 15+ years of digital media sales experience (ideally in an agency-driven capacity).
  • 8+ years of management experience.
  • Deep relationships across ad holding companies in New York, and the ability to unlock high-level relationships for your direct reports.
  • Working knowledge of Google media products (GMA, DCM, DV360), the video/mobile media landscape, audience targeting and the programmatic landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales-focused or partnership role selling through clients and agencies.
  • Ability to articulate complex requirements to achieve results.
  • Comfortable building and managing relationships across business stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience working through cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and often times exceeding client expectations and revenue expectations.
