Job Title:              Product Manager

Reporting To:      Product Director

Department:        Product Management

Location:             Santa Monica, California

 
Your Mission

The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background in mobile games. This person must be able to work with the user acquisition, analytics, design and production teams to form the overall retention and monetization strategy. 

• Work cross functionally and with 2nd parties to roadmap, spec, and execute feature development 

• Ensure live events, user acquisition, and ad monetization are running smoothly on a daily basis

• Work cross functionally and with 2nd parties to roadmap, spec, and execute feature development 

• Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations that affect core KPIs

• Measure and manage daily product performance, and own reporting responsibilities to management


Player Profile
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of feature design
• Strong system design skills
• Strong ability to create and monitor a/b tests
• Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment
• At least 1 year of experience leading a successful team as a Product Manager
• Ability to work within a distributed team structure
• Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written)
