Job Title:                            Sr. Manager, Art Services

Reporting To:                    Sr. Director, Art & Production Services

Your Mission

  • Serves as the head of the Art Services account team, the function responsible for the management of creative asset production, primarily for marketing purposes
  • Partners with the department head (Sr. Creative Director) to plan annual budgets
  • Works together with finance partners to track spend, forecast, and report department usage
  • Be a champion in maintaining internal/external client relations
  • Help with developing short, long, mid department plans
  • Be a people leader champion with hiring and developing top notch talent


  • Responsible for department-wide planning and process initiatives, including traffic management, onboarding and training of new employees
  • Proactively tracks, prioritizes, organizes, plans and implements tasks
  • Primary staffing agency contact
  • Supports team to ensure client deliverables are on-time
  • Develops budget strategies for out-of-scope work and communicates regularly with clients on costs
  • Leads special initiatives, as appropriate: equipment purchases/budget tracking, remodels, strategic
  • planning, employee onboarding, etc.
  • Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Create and implement processes that will provide account management efficiency
  • Oversees all Creative Producers, ensuring excellent account management across all franchises
  • Work with department leads to allocate resources for larger projects
  • Attend Cross Functional and Franchise Editorial meetings to ensure department visibility as well as report to the wider team of franchise planning and upcoming requests

Player Profile

  • This is a leadership role. Experience managing a medium- to large-sized team and successfully working cross-functionally between departments is key
  • Experience in account, operational and/or project management, preferably in a consumer marketing or advertising environment, ideally working with creative teams
  • Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented and friendly
  • Must be even-tempered and able to interact well, under pressure, with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Must be able to successfully prioritize multiple projects
  • Prior related Producer experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Must be able to apply knowledge, experience, and learnings to real situations to help solve problems
  • 4-year college degree required
  • Game industry experience preferred
