Job Title: Sr. Product Manager, Ad Platform Tools

Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled product manager that has a passion for digital advertising, data-driven platforms and the gaming industry. You enjoy gaining a deep understanding of relevant technology and your target customer, creatively solving complex problems, and can effectively communicate your solutions. You are a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You enjoy playing with data to support your decisions, pinpointing areas of product prioritization and helping align tactical implementation with corporate strategy.

Working with internal stakeholders, you will identify product opportunities and partner with Engineering to build effective solutions that increase the effectiveness of our internal organizations. You will be responsible for the roadmap, feature definition and prioritization of key areas of our ad platform.  

  • Work with key stakeholders to evaluate how we can create tools that allow these stakeholders to be more effective and efficient in their day-to-day tasks.

  • Develop detailed product requirements, work with UX to develop detailed product mocks, and work with engineering to execute the product according to the requirements.

  • Provide analytical support/insight for new business initiatives; this requires identifying and understanding key issues for particular customer personas, quantitatively analyzing these issues, and communicating key insights and results.

  • Own the problem definition, product backlog and feature definition for tools to simplify to integration and optimization of ads within our games.

Player Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years as a product manager in digital advertising or related industry required. 5+ years to meet senior product manager level with demonstrated level of responsibility.

  • Previous experience building tools used by campaign managers or other operations functions.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Have a strong sense for how to simplify a user interface while still making it effective.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field required. MBA preferred.
